3. Hanging installation: It is mostly suitable for large-scale places such as station LED electronic display screens and airport LED electronic display screens to play the role of indicating signs. 4. Column-type installation: It is mostly used for the installation of outdoor advertising LED electronic display screens, with a wide field of view and relatively open surrounding areas, such as squares, parking lots, etc. According to the size of the screen area, it can be divided into single-column and double-column installation. The column mount is suitable for the installation of the LED display screen on the open space, and the outdoor screen is installed on the column. In addition to making the screen steel structure, the column type also needs to make concrete or steel columns, mainly considering the geological conditions of the foundation.



5. Roof-mounted installation: It is mainly suitable for outdoor advertising LED electronic display screens. The installation site is mainly the roof of the building. As the height of the building increases, the windproof level to be considered also increases.



6. The seat-mounted structure is to use a concrete structure on the ground to build a wall that is enough to support the entire LED display, build a steel structure on the wall to install the display, and reserve 800mm of maintenance space for the steel structure to place related equipment and maintenance facilities. .




Installation precautions for outdoor LED display installation:




The outdoor LED display has a large area, and the design of its steel structure should consider many factors such as foundation, wind load, magnitude, waterproof, dustproof, ambient temperature, and lightning protection. Auxiliary equipment such as power distribution cabinets, air conditioners, axial fans, and lighting should be placed in the steel structure, as well as maintenance facilities such as horse tracks and ladders. The entire outdoor screen structure should meet the protection level below IP65. In general, the things to consider when installing outdoor LED display installations are:



(1) The LED display is installed outdoors, often exposed to the sun and rain, wind and dust, and the working environment is harsh. Wetting or serious damping of electronic equipment can cause short circuit or even fire, causing failure or even fire, resulting in losses.


(2) The LED display screen may be attacked by strong electricity and strong magnetism caused by lightning.


(3) The ambient temperature changes greatly. When the LED display screen works, it will generate a certain amount of heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly, or even be burned, so that the display system cannot work normally.

In view of the above special requirements, the installation of outdoor LED display must be done:



(1) The LED screen body and the junction of the screen body and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak-proof, and the screen body must have good drainage measures.


(2) Install lightning protection devices on display screens and buildings. The main body of the display screen and the shell should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 3 ohms, so that the large current caused by lightning can be discharged in time.


(3) Install ventilation equipment to cool down, so that the internal temperature of the screen is between -10°C and 40°C. An axial flow fan is installed above the back of the screen to discharge heat.


(4) Select industrial-grade integrated circuit chips with a working temperature between -40 °C and 80 °C to prevent the LED display from being unable to start due to the low temperature in winter.
